Prices and Availability
NOTES : Each villa has a double sofa bed in the lounge area which can sleep 2 children.
Both apartments have air conditioning and central heating.
Booking notes
 The Prices quoted are per apartment per week in Euro.
All prices shown include bedding and towels.
Cleaning occurs every 7 nights for longer stays.
Prices DO NOT include flights or car hire
Longer stays and last minute special offers are by negotiation
Half the total amount of your holiday is required as a deposit when you book with the remainder due at least two weeks prior to arrival. Payment is preferred by either a cheque of via a bank transfer.
The changover day is SATURDAY in order to co-ordinate bookings. We prefer guests to arrive after noon and leave by 10am
Winter Lets
Both apartments have heating via the air conditioning system. These apartments are wonderful winter sun traps in autumn and spring.
Travel and Directions
 The airport is approximately a half hour drive by car but car hire is not necessary. If need be, there are local car hire companies in the Port. Hire car Alfajet - info@alfajet.com.
There is a bus to Palma every hour from 7am to 9pm.
There is also a train to Palma from Soller.
Clients can be picked up by an English speaking driver at the airport who has keys for both apartments and will take your bags up to the apartment. He charges 47 Euro including the toll of the tunnel to do a collection from the airport. If you have a late flight and are returning to the airport via taxi then your luggage can be left at my house in Soller and you can be picked you up later for your flight from there.
