There is a full air conditioning and central heating system in Apartments 7 and 9.	The apartments are identical apart from the fact , that Apartment 7 has a double bed and Apartment 9 has twin beds (Apartments 7 and 9 are one bedroom).  Also Apartment 9 is on the 4th and top floor of the building. The lounge/dining area has natural flooring and is tastefully furnished.  The sofa in Apartments 7 and 9 turns into a bed which could accommodate a child. Through large doors you walk straight out onto the terrace with a table and chairs (seating upto 6) for al-fresco eating looking straight over the port.
The new open plan fitted kitchen with views out to Port has granite work tops with vitroceramic electric hob, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave and a fridge/freezer.
	Apartments 7 and 9 have one Double bedroom which is spacious and tastefully furnished.   The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample drawer and hanging space There are 2 large windows in the doubles, 1 with expansive views of the rocky coastline, the other with uninterrupted views of the sea.
